The Residential Membership is available exclusively to homeowners within the Holden Park Community on Lake Holden. This membership provides full access to all community member-only resources, including important community updates, boat ramp access for two (2) boats, neighborhood alerts, and official documents. Members can also participate in community elections, submit feedback, and stay informed about community initiatives and improvements.
This membership helps support the upkeep and shared services that keep our neighborhood safe, connected, and thriving.
Outstanding Payments are required to be compliant for membership! Please check the status map below to determine outstanding payment ($50 per year, not including 2025) and place payment in donation box during checkout.
