TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SINGLE-USE BOAT RAMP ACCESS

1. Acknowledgement of Use

   • I, the undersigned non-resident, request permission to access the Holden Park Community Boat Ramp located within the Holden Park neighborhood in Orlando, Florida, for the purpose of launching and/or retrieving a single boat using one vehicle on the date listed above.

   • I understand this permission is granted for one-time use only and does not imply membership, recurring access, or any continued rights.

2. Assumption of Risk & Waiver of Liability

   • I acknowledge that the use of the boat ramp and surrounding property carries inherent risks, including damage to property and risk of bodily injury or death.

   • I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of the ramp and agree that no resident, homeowner, community member, board member, or affiliate of the Holden Park community shall be held liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that I or my guests may incur.

   • I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue any residents or representatives of the Holden Park community from any claims, demands, or causes of action arising from or related to this activity.

3. Property Damage

   • I agree to be held fully responsible for any and all damage I or my guests cause to the boat ramp, dock, surrounding common areas, or any other neighborhood property. I will promptly reimburse for any repair or replacement costs as determined by the community or its authorized representatives.

4. Access Restrictions

   • This waiver permits access for one vehicle and one boat only.

   • Multiple boats, commercial operations, or launching additional watercraft under this agreement is strictly prohibited.

   • Unauthorized activities or violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of access and a permanent ban from all future use of the boat ramp or other Holden Park facilities.

5. Indemnification

   • I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Holden Park community, its members, and residents from any liability, loss, or claim (including legal fees) arising from my use of the facility or violation of the terms of this agreement.

6. Enforcement

   • Holden Park reserves the right to revoke access at any time, with or without notice.

   • Any violation of this agreement will result in revocation of access privileges, forfeiture of any fees paid, and possible civil liability for damages.

By agreeing to payment, I affirm that I have read, understood, and agree to abide by all terms set forth in this waiver. I understand that this is a legal document that waives my rights to pursue any claims for damages or injury.
